MHYC by the Numbers: Land Crew Demographics & Work Sites

Monthly Infographic #3 – Land Crew Demographics & Work Sites

The end of May through mid-August is land crew season. The MHYC land conservation crews can be spotted throughout the Front Range, from Denver to Pueblo, working hard to better parks, trails, and open spaces. If you see a crew of roughly 12 young adults, slinging shovels and wielding chainsaws while wearing white hard hats, dark green or gray shirts, and khaki work pants, it’s 99% likely they’re MHYC Corpsmembers. Refer to this month’s infographic for more information about who makes up our 2012 land crews and where exactly they’re working this summer.

Also, if you use Foursquare, follow our Summer of Service list and check-in when visit our project sites!

Check back next month for not one infographic, but two. One will be focused on our newly-formed, land conservation day crew in Pueblo.
